Overview:

As the Senior Program Manager, Culture Programs, you will lead initiatives that bring our company values to life, enhance the employee experience, and ensure we maintain a dynamic and inclusive workplace as we grow.  This role you’ll work closely with leadership, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and teams across the company to shape how we work, connect, and celebrate our people.

Responsibilities:

  • Culture Strategy & Execution – Design and implement initiatives that foster a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Employee Experience & Engagement – Drive programs that enhance internal communications, recognition, and feedback loops.
  • Culture of Belonging – Partner with ERGs and leaders to integrate our diverse employee base into our everyday culture and talent practices.
  • Employee Recognition – Lead company-wide recognition programs and reporting.
  • Hybrid & Remote Work Experience – Develop strategies to ensure all employees, regardless of location, feel connected and included.
  • Program Measurement & Optimization – Continuously assess and refine initiatives using data-driven insights and employee feedback.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in program management and employee experience within an HR function.
  • A passion for shaping company culture and creating inclusive, engaging workplaces.
  • Experience designing and scaling company-wide programs with executive buy-in.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to influence and connect with employees at all levels.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience measuring program effectiveness.
  • Comfort navigating ambiguity and driving impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-driven, well-organized, and results-focused: Demonstrating experience working in a customer-centric culture.
  • Leverage internal data, tools, and technology: To scale and support Culture Programs.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is highly desirable.
