Overview:

This position in the Partner Marketing Team develops and drives sales of gift cards and e-gift throughout our distribution partners which consist of retail, ecommerce, loyalty, and incentive networks. This person would be responsible for assisting Marketing Manager(s) executing marketing and promotional strategies and tactics to drive sales for Blackhawk including program implementation, data entry/pulls, creative requests, and pre/post project assessment. Key candidate solution and detail focused in looking to help drive sales and create promotional activities that engage Distribution and Card Partner customers alike. This position reports to the Marketing Manager.

 

This position is a Hybrid role (2 days/week) out of our Coppell, TX office. 

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supporting PMII Manager/Sr. Manager/Director with tier 1/2 accounts including digital white label site.
  • Partner with manager to create, execute and measure the success of promotional campaigns.
  • Support marketing efforts for tier 3-5 CP/DP accounts. Develop marketing materials for various gift card/distribution partners and special projects, as needed.
  • Support managers with Allocadia system entries to include program opt in, program updates and reporting.
  • Assist manager with data pulls for forecasting sheets and post analysist of programs.
  • Support managers with accounting process to include but not limited to; Set up accounting forms, process invoices, follow up on billing, redemption reporting, and open items on project (back-up/proof of performance).
  • Work with managers in getting confirmation of program UPC’s and inventory requirement.
  • Work to create Workfront creative project submissions and delivery of final creative (if applicable).
  • Work with third parties on pricing and program execution.
  • Provide other marketing support to the marketing team with creating sales materials, presentations, and other administrative assistance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager/Sr. Manager/Director and/or VP.

Qualifications:

  • College graduate with marketing, communications and/or advertising emphasis.
  • +2 yrs. marketing and merchandising experience in retail.
  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
  • Experience working with retail clients, sales executives, and account management.
  • Willing and eager to learn new systems and processes.
  • Must be detail oriented, possess strong organization, and time management skills.
  • High degree of initiative and keen sense of urgency
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Collaborator and works well in a team environment.
  • Computer literate with excellent skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet savvy; Background in graphics and design a plus.
  • Budgeting and analytical skills a plus

Benefits:

Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $67,000.00
