Overview:

Blackhawk Network is looking for an experienced, enthusiastic Product Manager with outstanding communication skills to join our highly skilled global product development team. We’re looking for someone who has a passion for Product Management that will work cross-functionally to drive our Hawk Redeem product development roadmap and become a subject matter expert in all things Incentives!

You will be responsible for overseeing the development and management of complex technical products. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams, including engineers, designers, marketers, and business leaders, to drive product development from ideation to launch. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends.

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage understanding of the product market, industry best practices, and how our customers use B2B/Incentive Solutions to help define our product offering
  • Work with stakeholders to define product requirements aligning with the global product roadmap and vision
  • Drive translation of high-level requirements into detailed product designs through user stories, process flows and change impact analysis
  • Review product features and capabilities with current and prospective clients in support of onboarding, application support and sales engineering teams
  • Work with development teams as a product owner, participating in and leading agile ceremonies to execute product feature development
  • Contribute to testing phases and use problem-solving skills to help quickly identify issues
  • Collaborate with our product solutioning and professional services teams to help drive great solutions for our clients
  • Ensure new products and product features are integrated with reporting and analytics tools
  • Work directly with product leadership to communicate trends upwards and influence the global strategy and roadmap

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years product management experience 
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Strong sense of design and usability issues.
  • Excellent grasp of technology issues related to software development.
  • Proven strong written and verbal skills communicating across cross-functional teams
  • Track record of problem solving and creativity.
  • Experience with fast-paced agile processes preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience of Agile Scrum Methodology including how to write great user stories
  • Familiarity with the Incentives/prepaid/financial services industries is a plus.
