This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

The Product Implementation Specialist II reports into the Sr. Manager, Product and is a part of the Implementation and On-boarding organization under the Operations department. The role of the Product Implementation Specialist II is to lead project management efforts with internal and external parties following our established implementation process and utilizing product specification documents to make all retail, digital, and incentive products available for sale through the various distribution channels Blackhawk Network offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively project manage various types of product categories and high volume of product implementation project plans by utilizing tools/resources, expertise in product/process, at a given time.
  • Define and develop new product requirements or out of specification exceptions.
  • Effectively train internal, external, and team on process, product, and Product Implementation related responsibilities.
  • Utilize and display expert knowledge of Product Implementation function, tools, resources, systems (including greater I&O and Operations organization) to efficiently represent, troubleshoot and develop solutions and process improvements to team wide projects.
  • Complete compliance on data integrity, data ticket entry, system input.
  • Analyze metrics, data, and reporting to identify opportunities and influence all parties to achieve results, and streamline content providers and / or business processes experience.
  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) owner – Identify, execute process improvement and streamlining business operating processes with results on behalf of the greater team.
  • Participate in new hire(s) training by leading training sessions.
  • Bring Product Implementation and project management structure to undefined business asks and projects.
  • Create collaborative relationships with internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong excel skills including pivot tables and v-lookups preferred.
  • Ability to utilize reporting, systems, data, documentation, and other resources to achieve high level of functionality in role.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Requires little managerial support and data/reporting prompting for day-to-day implementation project progress.
  • Proactive, demonstrates taking the initiative, drives all tasks and projects forward.
  • Accountability for responsibilities, strong work ethic to go above and beyond.
  • Demonstrate expert knowledge in gift card industry including: Service Providers, print manufacturing, product packaging, product configurations, back-end product set-up, end-to-end transaction flow, and internal Implementation & Onboarding and Operational functions.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years of experience required. (Project management, Account Management, or Customer Service experience preferred)
  • Travel less than 5% of time

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $57,530.00 to $74,800.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $70,760.00 to $92,000.00
