Overview:

You will be a member of the Content Credentials team. We build and maintain systems to securely store and vend gift card credentials to customers all over the world. We identify and implement products and features that allow our Supply Chain team to more effectively manage our inventory and our customers to quickly and easily receive rewards. You will collaborate with members of the team to build scalable, fault tolerant, and performant systems. 

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in regular agile ceremonies 
  • Fully own the delivery of features from scoping the work to deploying it to production 
  • Write clean, reusable, easy to test code 
  • Collaborate with development team members to deliver projects 
  • Work with product stakeholders and senior engineers to clarify requirements and ensure we build the best products 

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of solid programming experience building distributed systems. Proficiency in Java and exposure to Python. 
  • Hands-on experience in using relational database with good exposure to SQL. 
  • Experience in Spring framework. 
  • Exposure to common AWS services: Lambda, SQS, Step Functions, ECS, Fargate, etc. 
  • Exposure to infrastructure as code (Terraform preferred) 
  • Strong computational and problem-solving skills, fluent in data structures, algorithms and design patterns. 
  • Strong knowledge of computing concepts such as service-oriented architecture, REST services, fault tolerance, self-healing, performance, reliability, scalability, and security. 
  • Ability to differentiate good and bad design and coding practices. 
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. 
  • Strong in self-direction, problem solving and critical thinking.

Salary Range: $78,000 - $101,000
