This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

The Product Implementation Analyst II reports to the Product Implementation Manager and is a part of the Implementation & On-boarding organization under the Technology department. The role of the Product Implementation Analyst II is to lead project management efforts with internal and external parties following our established implementation process and utilizing product specification documents to make all retail, digital, and incentive products available for sale through the various distribution channels Blackhawk Network offers.

Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently and effectively manage various types and high volume of product implementation project plans by utilizing tools/resources, expertise in product/process, at a given time.
  • Collaborate with Sales Relationship Managers, Content Provider Account Managers to gather all implementation related project requirements up front.
  • Facilitate and lead client facing project kick-off, along with managing effective email and conference call communication with Business, Client, Service Provider/Processors, and Print Manufacturers throughout duration of project.
  • Educate internal and external parties on project requirements, process expectations, product requirements, and timelines.
  • Manage inputs and data from internal and external parties, including Inventory Control/Forecasting, Business, Marketing, Distribution, Card Production Services, Implementation Support to determine and modify project strategy and execution.
  • Ensure product built meets specification requirements by coordinating quality control milestones on product assets, including artwork proofing and performing end-to-end activation and redemption testing.
  • Identify when projects experience delays, obstacles, challenges, issues from a transactional, print manufacturing, or artwork/data perspective, and proactively communication with Management to help escalate, problem-solve, obtain resolution for assistance in the unobvious solutions.
  • Provide real-time project milestone task status data entry into project management system, Microsoft Dynamics, for project status and reporting/metric purposes.
  • Identify and execute process improvement initiatives within the organization, tasked with streamlining business operating processes, utilizing your deep understanding and knowledge of industry-specific subject matter to optimize workflow and increase efficiency.
  • Work closely with other departments and stakeholders within the company to ensure that all processes are aligned with the overall business strategy and objectives. Additionally, gather and analyze data, identify areas of opportunity for improvement, develop recommendations, and implement changes with positive impacts.
  • Oversee complex, nuanced accounts or new initiatives that may be undefined and utilize knowledge on the role to bring solution and execute product onboardings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • 2 + years of experience required. (Project management, Account Management, or Customer Service experience preferred)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to utilize and analyze reporting, systems, data, documentation and other resources to achieve high level of functionality in role.
  • Strong working knowledge of PC-based business software, including Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required.
  • Work productively in a fast paced environment with dynamic work days and ability to multi-task and prioritize.
  • Demonstrate high level of attention to detail, thoroughness.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to apply critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $57,530.00 to $74,800.00
