Payroll Exceptions Control Analyst - ELS

The Exception Control Analyst is responsible for analyzing and processing exceptions generated by operations personnel, validating supporting documentation, and conducting necessary consultations and investigations with Operations TLs to ensure exceptions are applied accurately and in accordance with internal policies. The exception information prepared by the analyst must be delivered within the deadlines established in the calendar, as it serves as critical input for the payroll department to process payments to employees.

• Receive and review documentation of exceptions submitted by Operations TLs.
• Validate the accuracy and authenticity of the documentation received.
• Input exceptions into the payroll system.
• Investigate and validate exceptions with TLs, supervisors, and/or operations managers in cases requiring further clarification or complex application.
• Respond to inquiries from team leaders, managers, and supervisors across all areas.
• Prepare and deliver the exception report to the payroll department for integration into employee payment processing.

• Proficiency in English at an 80% level.
• Graduate or at least in the 3rd year of a degree program in Business Administration, Public Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Information technologies, or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of labor legislation.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in similar roles.
• Familiarity with systems like Evolution, HUR, or Visual HUR (preferred).
• Flexible scheduling availability.
• Teamwork orientation.
• Strong customer service skills.
