This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

As Blackhawk Network's Sales Development Manager, you’ll be a key player in defining and sculpting our outbound sales strategy. We are in search of a dynamic leader, we value a blend of enthusiasm, commitment, and deep industry knowledge to steer our Sales Development Representatives. You'll be at the forefront of our sales prospecting, fueling pipeline growth, and shaping a team that not only reaches but surpasses our targets, setting a new benchmark for sales achievement. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams will be crucial to align efforts, and your data-driven insights will be essential in steering our strategy towards success.

Responsibilities:

  • Craft and lead outbound prospecting initiatives using cold calling, email campaigns, and social media to expand our reach
  • Monitor and analyze SDR performance metrics, such as call/email activity, lead conversion rates, and pipeline generation, to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Recruit and cultivate a high-performing SDR team, setting clear targets and providing the tools and support to surpass them
  • Keen on continuous improvement, staying ahead of industry trends to keep the team sharp and innovative.
  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to align outbound prospecting efforts with overall business objectives and target market segments
  • Engage with each team member through regular 1:1’s, offering direct feedback and building relationships to understand and address individual challenges
  • Utilize CRM and sales enablement tools to track and manage SDR activities, prospecting effectiveness, and generate reports on team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years leading a sales development team with a strong track record of driving team success and exceeding sales targets
  • Exhibits a talent for mentoring, with a knack for unlocking the potential in each team member and guiding them to success.
  • A strategic and analytical mindset, with a data-driven approach to decision-making and problem-solving.
  • Goal-oriented, with a proven ability to meet and exceed personal and team pipeline objectives
  • Organized professional who excels in prioritizing tasks and managing a fast-paced sales environment
  • Possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey feedback with clarity and understanding, ensuring a respectful and constructive team dynamic
  • Experience and expertise with tech stack platforms such as Salesforce, SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, 6Sense, Gong, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
  • College degreed is preferred

Benefits:

OTE for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota): Up to $150,000.00
