Overview:

The position will be supporting accounts payable day-to-day operations, on one market and multiple business units, that need high special attention to details, guaranteeing that invoices and payments are being processed accurately and timely

Responsibilities:

  • Processing Supplier invoices on D365 (PO and non-PO invoices)
  • Supplier Reconciliations including following up with the supplier for missing invoices/reconciliation discrepancies
  • Supplier & Adhoc Payments
  • Processing & Payment of Employee Expenses including validating receipts and following up appropriately with any discrepancies
  • Period End Reconciliation to Trial Balance
  • Process Payments for due invoices on weekly basis.
  • Overview of Purchase Orders & following up with PO approvers to receipt POs
  • Updating POs on Business Express
  • Period End Expenses Accrual
  • Provide cover for different functions in the accounts department in relation to holidays, sickness, training & overall assistance.
  • Providing help with project work where needed.

Qualifications:

  • 90% English level required.
  • Bachelor´s in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related areas.
  • Minimum 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
  • Experience working with large international companies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in working with accounting ERP software.
  • Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and resourcefully with minimal supervision and to take on new tasks with varying levels of difficulty and see them through to completion.
