This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for the State of Colorado, Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a "Hybrid" employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule. 

Overview:

Our Product Managers are responsible for partnering with our closed loop brands and aggregators/suppliers around the world to successfully identify content opportunities for BHN catalogs that align with our client needs and overall sales objectives. They also ensure quality service with our global suppliers, agencies and brands by providing ongoing feedback and support, analyzing account and market trends, and identifying additional revenue opportunities. They collaborate closely with our customer- facing teams on the content roadmap and requests for new content as well as collaborate with internal teams to ensure supplier and customer success.   

The Senior Product Manager – Global Supplier Catalog will provide leadership to the BHN product management content teams, supply chain, and catalog management teams around the globe, providing analysis and a strong catalog database that enables us to be the global leader in closed loop content.  

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who is a hands-on, results-oriented leader. Most importantly, this individual will have an unbridled enthusiasm for the challenges and rewards of building our leading global catalog. 

Responsibilities:

  • Work across internal teams (supply chain, catalog, product managers and enterprise systems) to understand the needs of all stakeholders and support the updates of our existing catalog database needed or help lead the build of a new source-of-truth for catalog management that considers the vision of those needs 
  • Help build the structure of the database to support all stakeholders, including supplier capabilities, by identifying and assessing the properties and specs necessary for the database to meet current and future needs of the organization 
  • Ensure the catalog database is properly maintained with strong integrity, accuracy and confidentiality of the data; manage frequency of catalog updates to the database from 50+ suppliers around the globe 
  • Recommend changes and enhancements and work with suppliers to encourage adherence to BHN catalog requirements  
  • Resolve data conflicts for matters such as naming conventions 
  • Gather, organize and interpret statistical data from the database to generate reports for team and management; identify trends and patterns that can be used for analysis 
  • Work closely with internal teams such as supply chain, catalog management, product management and global content teams to support requests for catalog information 
  • Assist with preparation and delivery of supplier performance reviews 
  • Train and support users on the database applications 
  • Support supply chain team with insights to mitigate supply chain risks 
  • Perform other duties as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Sales & Marketing, or equivalent combination of education, training and experience. 
  • 8+ years of database management and/or catalog management experience, at least 2 of which are in the b2b gift card or merchandise sector. 
  • Prior experience owning changes to or creation of a highly complex database system 
  • Ability to travel to industry events as required 
  • BHN is a hybrid first work environment, requiring 2 days of in-office work if within 50 miles of a BHN office 
  • High level of attention to detail and solid understanding of data structures. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
  • Skilled in verbal and written communication, including the ability to lead meetings and craft and deliver presentations as well as performance data.  
  • Ability to form relationships with internal and external business partners and influence to drive success. 
  • Excited to share your point of view in a thoughtful, respectful way without ego. 
  • Ability to communicate complicated details in a simple and concise manner. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities both internally and externally in a transparent and effective way. 
  • Ability to collaborate with managers across the organization to align and further business goals.  
  • Ability to adapt to shifting priorities and competing stakeholder needs. 
  • Ability to manage time and meet deadlines working collaboratively with geographically distributed teams. 

Benefits:

Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $99,130.00 to $133,840.00

Salary Range for California Residents Only: $124,070.00 to $167,500.00
