This position will support Accounts Payable daily operations for US & Canada, ensuring that invoice processing and supplier inquiries are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. Also, report handling when required.

• Process invoices in D365 (non-PO invoices) coming from US&CAN business units as required, coming from different mailboxes.
• Resolve requests from assigned mailboxes (including PO, Non-PO and supplier inquiries).
• Prepare BS reconciliations and journal entries, when required.
• Follow up with suppliers to check for missing invoices and/or balance discrepancies.
• Create requests for new supplier creation / supplier information update.
• Process Telecommunications invoices, including special handling (when required).
• Coverage for different tasks in AP during holidays, vacations, or workload requirements.
• Support with projects and other tasks, when required.
• Follow up on urgent invoice processing requests.

• Advanced English level is required (90% or higher).
• Accounts payable experience (minimum 1+ years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (with advanced Excel skills).
• Experience working with accounting ERP systems.
• Work under minimal supervision, and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines established.
