Accounting Specialist I AP - ELS

The Accounting Specialist I for Accounts Payable will support Accounts Payable daily operations for US & Canada, ensuring that PO invoices processing and supplier inquiries related with them and dedicated mailboxes under scope are resolved in a timely and accurate manner. A candidate with organizational skills and the ability to multi-task in a changing environment will be important qualities to the success of this position. This position will report to the Supervisor of Accounts Payable. 

• Process invoices in D365 (Marketing PO invoices) coming from all US&CAN business units.
• Resolve requests incoming to ELS mailbox (invoice recording and general inquiries).
• Process refund requests coming from Customer Service team.
• Follow up with suppliers to check for missing invoices / balance discrepancies.
• Submit requests for new supplier’s creation or information update.
• Coverage for different tasks in AP during holidays, vacations, or workload requirements, as needed.
• Follow up on urgent invoice processing requests.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.

• Advanced English level is required (90% or higher).
• Accounts payable experience (minimum 2+ years).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Advanced Excel skills are preferred).
• Experience working with accounting ERP systems.
• Superior teamwork and strong customer service focus.
• Work under minimal supervision, and ensure tasks are completed within deadlines established.
