This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

You will manage key platform partnerships and have a bottom-line impact on a fast-growing MarTech platform that is redefining the business rewards experience.  You will have ownership of assigned partners and be responsible for enabling partner-led revenue growth.

About the BHN Strategic Alliances Team:

Responsibilities:

  • Leverage account mapping tools (Reveal.co, Crossbeam) for identifying leads and coordinating opportunity engagement with partner reps.
  • Identify and develop new integration opportunities with the partner's product team.
  • Lead strategy and project management of partner initiatives. Coordinate day-to-day activities across Marketing, Sales, Account Management, and Product teams.
  • Build brand awareness by leveraging social media channels, email marketing, and cold calling to introduce BHN to the partner’s management team.
  • Establish relationships with representatives and managers across multiple departments of the partner organization including leadership, sales, account management, marketing, and customer support.
  • Develop joint marketing opportunities with the partner to ensure successful execution and sales enablement.
  • Expand BHN’s reach within a partner’s ecosystem of integrated software platforms and service agencies.
  • Host sales training and develop sales enablement materials to increase awareness of BHN Rewards’ solution across the partner’s sales organization.
  • Work across multiple departments within BHN to ensure the completion of needed projects and activities.
  • Track and manage a pipeline of sales referrals passed to the BHN sales team.
  • Calculate referral commissions payable to the partner on a quarterly basis.
  • Identify further product integration opportunities between BHN and our partners.

Qualifications:

Performance Metrics:

  • Develop a comprehensive 30-60-90 day and Year 1 strategic action plan.
  • Host weekly partner training sessions.
  • Create an annual plan for promotional and partner enablement materials.
  • Pipeline – Achieve specified minimum, partner referred opportunities measured quarterly.
  • Revenue – Achieve specified partner referred SaaS subscription revenue per quarter.
  • Collaborate with Partner and BHN Product teams to develop joint GTM solutions.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ experience in sales or partnerships in a fast-growing startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study preferred.
  • Excited about building a program from the ground up.
  • Ability to quarterback conversations and relationships.
  • Willingness to execute a ground game.

Benefits:

OTE for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota): Up to $120,000.00
