Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst that will partner with our finance and cross-functional stakeholders. This role will support various aspects of the financial reporting and analysis including period close, quarterly reviews, and annual budgeting.

Remote - preferrably eastern time zone.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for the following:

    • Support period close, quarterly forecast and annual plan processes
    • Support Senior Management's decision-making process by handling the analysis and reporting around key business drivers, including operational expenses and variance analysis
    • Proactively communicate and report key financial and operational drivers and metrics
    • Create and audit new financial reporting schedules to increase awareness of drivers and key metrics and ensure accuracy and transparency of reported and forecasted results
    • Collaborate with budget owners / stakeholders to drive process improvements
    • Perform ad hoc analyses, and assists team leadership with complex tasks, and projects
    • Reconcile large financial data sets between multiple databases and reports
    • Assist in enhancement of FP&A planning tool (Hyperion)
    • Investor Relations/C-Suite reporting skills needed

Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business required
    • 2+ years’ experience in Finance; preferably with a strong FP&A background
    • Cross-functional teamwork, collaboration, and strong oral and written communication skills; comfort interfacing professionally with senior leaders; strong business partnership skills
    • Strong process and detail orientation. Superior organizational skills. High attention to detail in terms of financial schedules and presentations due to C-Suite exposure
    • Superior analytic skills, with a proven ability to solve complex logical challenges and synthesize data to develop meaningful insights, Intellectual Curiosity
    • Ability to understand data flows/tables to help design enhanced reporting capabilities across the team
    • Advanced Excel skills with ability to build reports and dashboards; preferably experience in other BI/Automation tools (Power BI, Hyperion, etc.)
