This position may be performed remotely anywhere within the United States except for within the States of Alaska, North Dakota, or South Dakota. Employees located within 50 miles of a BHN office will be considered a “Hybrid” employee and are required to come into the office 2 days per week based on office schedule.

Blackhawk is seeking a hardworking and passionate Product Manager to join a global team that is focused on delivering scalable solutions that enables growth of current and future products and services to our customers in the FinTech space.


  • Become a subject matter expert for your product, domain and market and be the evangelist for the product across the company
  • Manage product lifecycle from concept to launch, collaborating closely with stakeholders
  • Define and ship products in an iterative manner, with a hands-on willingness to do whatever it takes from an execution perspective.
  • Transform product strategy into well-articulated business requirements, using qualitative and quantitative data effectively to inform product direction and prioritization.
  • Communicate clearly with well-defined ability to handle both executive-level discussions as well as functional / technical deep dives.


  • Fantastic problem-solving abilities, data driven analysis, and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated success defining and launching excellent products
  • Experience in designing products and platforms supporting Enterprise solutions
  • Strong product design skills that could be applied to a broad spectrum of Front-end and Back-end technologies.
  • Proven ability to motivate, lead, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage interactions across product areas.
  • Collaborative worker, able to work effectively as a global team, while also being proactive to drive initiatives forward independently.
  • Strong Business & Product Requirements development skills, including but not limited to the use-case, business case development, system/sequence diagrams, workflow,
  • Experience working with payment gateways, acquirers, ecommerce and alternative payments.
  • BA/BS in technical field or equivalent practical experience
  • 3 -5 years with Incentives and other BHN business domain and stakeholders
  • 5+ years of relevant product management experience
  • 3-5 years with flawless roadmap execution and product roadmap vision definition
  • Experience in Scrum/Agile methodologies
  • Experience writing technical user stories and business requirements in Rally


Salary Range for all U.S. Residents (excluding Alaska, California, North Dakota, South Dakota): $78,220.00 to $121,000.00
