Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all reporting and data analytics and insights for our global B2B websites.
  • Design, build, and QA (Quality Assurance) custom events with accompanying reports in GA4
  • Develop a deep understanding of all data sources, data models and how we can best utilize the data to derive appropriate business insights and actions.
  • The ability to stitch together data from disparate systems to provide insights into the business and provide actionable business metrics
  • Aptitude for developing a strong understanding of the business needs and priorities to guide insights and analytics output that will be most relevant to the business.
  • Derives insights from metrics, reports, and dashboards for the business, contributes to the development of hypotheses and actions.
  • Ability to present data insights to various stakeholders at all levels and to clearly articulate the correlations and conclusions of the analysis they have put together.
  • Ability to work with marketing organization to help with user segmentation to drive marketing campaigns across products
  • Ability to lead web analytics projects requiring collaboration with business stakeholders across multiple cross functional teams from beginning to end
  • Provides guidance to business stakeholders on what data to capture, how to map data needs to business questions, and how to prioritize analysis work while partnering with other data experts to execute
  • Is innovative and has a healthy curiosity to develop new and better analytics approaches to solve questions/problems in a creative way
  • Has a deep understanding of reporting tools, such as GA4, and is able to help define the long-term strategy and work on implementing the strategy to unify reporting and insights for the various digital properties
  • Understanding data visualization and the best ways to organize and present data for easy consumptions by stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of reporting and data analytics experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • 3+ years of experience with web analytics preferably in B2B and eCommerce environments
  • An understanding of marketing processes – customers, products, campaigns, leads, database marketing etc. is highly desirable.
  • Experience in building data sets for analytical models using SQL and various analytical tools. Predictive modeling experience and knowledge of statistics is a big plus.
  • Advanced experience with various reporting, data, and analytical tools, such as Power BI, Google Analytics, SQL, Adobe Target, BI tools, Microsoft Office Products, such as Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and experience with Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
  • Must have strong data analysis skills to troubleshoot data issues in reports to find root causes and solutions.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively with others at all levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Ability to interact and communicate effectively with individuals/groups across distinct functions, such as Marketing, IT and Sales, and at all levels in the organization.
  • Must be able to translate business requirements into deliverables and work with the requestor to drive to the bottom of what is being asked.
  • Project management and organizational skills. Ability to handle several projects in a demanding multi-tasking environment, prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Self-starter who proactively works towards meeting reporting demand, independently looks for new and better ways of doing things, learns new tools and systems without much guidance. Exhibit a sense of ownership to produce quality work with accuracy.
