Overview:

The Marketplace Operations Coordinator works with our vendors to support the selection and presentation of locally relevant rewards in our catalogue, backed by strong communication and robust data manipulation. The role further oversees the regular refreshment of products with assigned vendor accounts, works with our Member Experience department to address customer product inquiries, and supports reward vendors to help improve their product reach.

 

This position requires keen attention to detail and drive to delight our members with the celebration of their reward. The best candidate must have experience with e-commerce practices, and a desire to jump into the technical details to find creative solutions.

Responsibilities:

Management of vendor product refreshment needs; ensure data accuracy (i.e. pricing)

 

Data entry of product information

 

Merchandise the catalogue to give it that “wow” factor by researching products and trends

 

Focus on product refreshments and relationships per assigned vendor accounts; inclusive of brand discussions, product availability, and manual uploads

 

Optimize product pricing and margin via analysis and vendor dialogue

 

Manage regional product translation needs and associated requests to appropriate internal resources

 

Support received Marketplace-centric inquiries as captured by Member Experience, <24h response

 

Support documentation initiatives

 

Support the troubleshooting, reporting, and investigation of technical bugs

 

Navigate e-commerce product portfolios for polished member selection

 

Work with vendors to strengthen product offering and increase spend

 

Attend weekly Operations meetings to report on account health and roadblocks

 

This position is responsible for the success of our partnered vendors, as well as the positive experience of Achievers members utilizing the platform. Bearing a keen attention to detail and understanding ecommerce strategies, you will be responsible for representing our vendor partnerships at a catalogue level, maintaining profitability and local relevance.

 

You will work with vendors to address received inquiries as they relate to their offering, as well as any technical bugs or opportunities that may be carried toward resolution.

This position requires a strategic approach to time management, advocacy for both the customer and our vendor, and an understanding of basic ecommerce practices.

 

Excellent communication, relationship building, and time management skills are a must.

 

Utilize various tools to access order and product fulfillment information

 

Review daily reports to proactively identify and resolve issues whenever possible

 

Respond to tickets created by departments and respond/resolve in a timely manner

 

Report common issues that may be indicators of larger problems

 

Assist with other special projects as needed



 

Qualifications:

College or University degree

 

Experience with management of multiple accounts an asset

 

Experience with data entry (spreadsheet functions and organization)

 

Experience with e-commerce process flows an asset

 

Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word

 

Excellent interpersonal skills

 

Exceptional oral and written communication skillsStrong computer skills, including the ability to process work in multiple computer applications and production systems, daily

 

Strong attention to detail 

 

Excellent analytical skills to solve problems

 

Fluency in multiple languages an asset

 

Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills and the ability to effectively deal with all levels of the organization

 

Must be very detail oriented

 

Must have excellent Excel skills

 

Must be able to handle multiple projects at once and be capable of solving complex problems with help from the team and supervisor

 

Must be able to work independently, with little or no supervision 

 

Must be able to work under tight and demanding deadlines

 

Minimum 1 to 3 years related experience
