We're looking for a product visionary who thinks strategically, thrives on data, works well with ambiguity, and is willing to dive into the details to execute in a rapidly evolving work and market environment. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, this individual will partner with global business leaders across all territories to develop global product solutions and go-to-market plans for online commerce.
A strategic, consumer-centric thinker, that understand consumer segments intuitively, and can lead the development of online commerce products globally.
Develop a deep understanding of our global customer, their unmet needs, and what they want their gift card buying and payment experience to be.
Create product hypothesis, business cases, scope, business metrics, experiments, revenue targets, and release strategy to expand globally.
Build launch requirements (e.g., level of customer support required, development resources for deployment, marketing collateral) and co-create solutions with other functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance, Settlement, Legal, Compliance).
Ability to collaborate, innovate, and adapt to meet competitive market changes.
Drive product development execution including project kickoffs, daily scrums, sprint planning, maintaining product specs and backlog, coordinating design, and QA activities.
Communicate product roadmap, feature releases schedules, and status to stakeholders and leadership.
Help shape and drive the product roadmap in partnership with product, engineering, and business leadership.
Influence product and business stakeholders to align with the product roadmap.
Continuously scan external environment to bring in competitive intel and best practices to ensure Blackhawk’s continued leadership and excellence.
5+ years of payments experience in business line management or product management
eCommerce knowledge is preferred
Experience in driving product strategy and Go-To-Market for eCommerce and digital payments
Extraordinary leadership and influencing skills and business insight – thinks strategically to influence and drive tactical execution
Seasoned leader with extensive industry and functional expertise
Strong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally
Ability to drive decisions
Ability to resolve conflicting situations
Superior communication skills
Consistent track record of success
Creativity and resourcefulness to overcome unexpected roadblocks
International experience a plus
