Fulfillment Coordinators use various manual and automated functions and are responsible for the timely
identification, processing, packing, and shipping of every card our customer’s order. Using Service Level
Agreements (SLAs) and other measurements of success, individual Coordinators are part of a team of people
ensuring every order is sent on time perfectly.


Maintain a cohesive order picking team through effective operation and communication.
 Oversee and assist with picking orders in accordance with standard procedures and customer requirements.
 Inputting of data accurately into computer system
 Ensure the packing of envelopes with completed carriers and cards
 Performs quality checks on shipping labels to carrier/envelope to prepare for shipping
 Assist in performing physical inventories and ensuring enough stock is available.
 Ability to navigate multiple systems at once
 Understanding of various card types and ship methods
 Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned.
 High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
 Flexible Work Schedule 4/10 (Compressed Work Week Schedule - rotating 4 Days/10 Hours)
 Preferred 1-2 years of work experience as part of a production or fulfillment team
 Attention to detail a must
 Overall experience with computers for data entry


Good oral and written communication skills
 Working Knowledge of MS Excel/MS Office
 Adaptability to adjust to changing department priorities and tasks based on business needs
 Excellent organizational skills with a high level for attention to detail and accuracy of order filing
 Ability to successfully work under pressure
 Dependable, punctual and a team player
Physical Demands / Work Environment
 Work is performed in a typical warehouse environment.
 Standing for an extended period, using a step ladder, or reaching/lifting above your head.
 Ability to lift boxes or packages up to 35 pounds.
