Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end program planning involving enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, ServiceNow, and integrations with cloud software
  • Partner closely with Business/Product Leads, Engineering teams, and key business users on defining scope, requirements, solution design, implementation, testing, and deployment
  • Handling business/customer expectations related to progress towards product roadmap items, managing stakeholder communications effectively at various levels
  • Lead cross-functional meetings and foster teamwork; manage interdependencies, drive escalation and resolution of issues, while promoting collaboration and coordination
  • Contribute to process improvements

Qualifications:

Qualifications:

  • Experienced in program management involving enterprise systems
  • Ideal candidates also have exposure/experience with agile software development
  • Manage overall end-to-end program plan, Risks/Issues/Decisions log, facilitate key meetings
  • Experience working with agile teams
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.
  • Experience with enterprise systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 (ERP, CRM) or other ERP / CRM systems, ServiceNow strongly desired
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, MIS, Business, or equivalent
  • 3+ years of technical program management experience
  • Competency with Microsoft Office tools –Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint etc.
  • Prefer experience with Agile SDLC methodology and related tools such as Rally, Jira, Clarity PPM
  • Strong negotiation, influencing and conflict resolution abilities
  • Motivated with a strong focus on execution and metrics
