We are hiring a Service Center Agent I to be responsible for the following:
Take inbound calls
Return voicemails
Input data into the system
Open mail
Review faxes
High school diploma preferred.
1 + years call center experience preferred.
Exceptional written and oral communications skills.
Must possess strong interpersonal and motivational skills, the ability to work independently without supervision, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Extremely high standards and attention to detail, well organized and able to multi-task. High level of personal initiative, action and results oriented.
Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
Ability to type 50+ wpm
