The MFT Application Support Administrator position is responsible for the design and implementation of all enterprise file transfer connections and scheduling setups. File delivery responsibilities include the design, setup, and maintenance of all internal system and external partner file delivery connections. Enterprise scheduling responsibilities include job setup, configuration, testing, and promotion to NOC team for monitoring.
This role is also responsible for managing the platform maintenance and stability (e.g., system upgrades, maintenance windows, outages), testing and analyzing problems as a Level 3 Support resource, and acting as the primary stakeholder in the overall end-to-end technology solution for each application.
