This role is vital to the successful implementation and management of our cloud initiatives in support of development and testing engineering functions across diverse product platforms. You will leverage your systems implementation and administration experience to envision, enable, accelerate, automate, and measure various cloud deployments. You will play a key role in creating dynamic, secure, high performance, and highly available cloud environments that will provide scale and flexibility to various engineering organizations. Your enterprise Linux/Windows systems management expertise, attention to detail, ability to solve problems, excellent communication skills and willingness to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment are core traits for success in this role.


Requires broad technical knowledge and experience across a variety of IT areas, including infrastructure, development, operations, and quality assurance.

  • Automate routine tasks to improve team efficiencies, document and train target stakeholders to execute workflows
  • Instrument Infrastructure and Engineering services with different build tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, Confluence, Fortify etc.
  • Implement and manage Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery and Continuous deployment maintaining discipline around build and release operations, best practices and protocols across all the development teams.
  • Run and Maintain different Product environments.
  • Researching and Introducing new application and services as per development requirements. Making sure they are integrated into the larger Architecture with full compliance and policies.
  • POCs for new technology impacting the Cloud infrastructure.
  • Help architect, build, and deploy secure infrastructure in support of Dev teams including standards for Docker environments, load balancers, and Kubernetes Cluster.
  • Manage and understanding of Compliance and Security by design for PCI and Audit purposes.
  • Independently troubleshoot production deployments to resolve root cause systemically, engaging all stakeholders and driving cross functional remediation and architectural improvement initiatives

  • Experience in establishing effective partnerships across teams and influence peers and subordinates in an inclusive style to leverage their abilities and knowledge.
  • Ability to Align with Leadership Guidance and Provide recommendation on engagement, measurements to maximize collaboration, eliminating handoffs and high paced agile delivery environment
  • A team player – ability to influence and lead cross-functional teams
  • Mentor other team members in improving team capabilities and maturity
  • Make significant contribution to team vision in addressing technical debt systemically 


  • Passion for and ability to work with software development teams releasing production-ready software daily
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline required.

Technical Skills required

  • 5+ years of experience in developing serverless infrastructure and CICD pipelines using Jenkins, Circle CI, Cloud Builder, Docker, Kubernetes, ECS.
  • Ability to write code to automate processes, strong AWS development and deployment knowledge a MUST.
  • Previous experience or significant aptitude with server template creation (CloudFormation, etc.)
  • SaltStack, Chef, Ansible, Puppet or another Configuration Management Tool experience a MUST HAVE
  • Technical knowledge of network protocols, security audit considerations to influence the architecture of a flexible yet secure cloud framework
  • Nice to have: Website/portal/dashboard development expertise, JavaScript, Golang, Ruby and/or Python expertise
  • Prior experience in hands-on troubleshooting of complex systems problems, capacity planning and performance tuning
  • Prior exposure to an agile development methodology preferred
  • Proven self-starter with track record of managing multiple complex tasks
  • Excellent communicator – verbal and written skills required.
