We're looking for a leader who thinks strategically, thrives on data, works well with ambiguity, and is willing to dive into the details to execute in a rapidly evolving work and market environment. Reporting to the VP, Product Management-Incentives, this individual will partner with Global Business Leaders across all territories to lead and develop the global product strategy and go-to-market plan for our integrated sales and disbursement platform.


  • Ownership and leadership of product strategy globally, integrating product strategies across products such as sales and disbursements.
  • Develop and lead roadmaps, defining product and market requirements.
  • Define business cases to grow Blackhawk Network globally. Collaborate with executive management—within product, marketing and other functions and geographies - to develop the platforms and prioritize growth strategies. Work with Business and M&A team on Build, Partner, Buy decisions to improve on current and future offerings.
  • Establish performance targets and business metrics to drive growth.
  • Collect market requirements; lead and drive go-to-market information in conjunction with international geographies and regional leads.
  • Lead strategy and collaborate across functions and geographies to execute launch strategy and commercialization plan.
  • Develop launch requirements (e.g., level of customer support required, development resources for deployment, marketing collateral) and co-create solutions with other functions (e.g., Product, Marketing, Sales, Finance).
  • Conduct due diligence on international prioritization for product rollout and define product features necessary to succeed in those geographies.
  • Continuously scan external environment to bring in competitive intel and best practices to ensure Blackhawk’s continued leadership and excellence. Learn industries that compete, influence and/or could be pursued through competitive analysis, research, tradeshows/conferences, and networking.
  • Lead decision-making committees to ensure precise transition of products from concept to global deployment.
  • Build a top-notch team with experience in eCommerce and digital payments space. Hiring and leading talent to ensure a best-in-class product.


  • 7+ years of product or platform management
  • Experience in driving product strategy and go-to-market
  • Extraordinary leadership and influencing skills and business insight – thinks strategically to influence and drive tactical execution
  • Seasoned leader with extensive industry and functional expertise
  • Strong collaborations skills with the ability to effectively work cross-organizationally
