We are seeking an experienced UX-D Specialist to join our Global Demand Generation team. As a User Experience Designer at our company, you will be responsible for concepting, wireframing, designing and overseeing the execution of UX improvements across our corporate websites to increase the volume and quality of conversions.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement new website features and functionality
  • Provide detailed, rational and well-reasoned suggestions for improving conversions
  • Provide suggestions for improving site usability across desktop and responsive screens
  • Create user stories, personas, and storyboards
  • Determine information architecture and create sitemaps
  • Create prototypes and wireframes
  • Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers
  • Created designs for A/B and MVT Testing while having a structured approach
  • Work with CRO specialists to monitor the performance of the website
  • Iterate on design and optimize, working towards website KPI’s
  • Ensure SEO best practice is being followed at all times
  • Work with local country managers to roll out changes globally
  • Collaborate with paid media managers and agencies to create and optimize landing page experiences
  • Keep abreast of competitor solutions and industry & design trends

 

Qualifications:

 

  • 2+ years experience in User experience design / website design
  • Strong understanding of the principals of UX-D,
  • Understanding of SEO, CRO, personalization
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and website administration (desired, not essential)
  • Proficiency in web design applications such as Photoshop, XD, Sketch & Zeplin
  • Excellent analytical skills, ability to interpret data and implement changes
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Critical-thinker and problem-solver
  • Good time-management skills, the ability to multi-task, strong attention to detail
  • BS/BA degree required
  • Consider yourself a problem solver, first and foremost
