    Partner Account Managers partner with existing clients to develop and grow new business opportunities by introducing innovative and/or underutilized capabilities and distribution channels.  They also ensure quality service to assigned clients by providing ongoing support, analyzing account and market trends, and identifying additional revenue opportunities.  Collaborating closely with teams throughout Blackhawk Network, Partner Account Managers handle day-to-day client requests as needed.


    Responsibilities/Main Activities:

    • Build and maintain relationships with portfolio of clients, continually adding value and services to their existing accounts 
    • Support the greater Blackhawk Network Team in delivering services to client base
    • Increase AOR for assigned clients by obtaining buy-in of new services and distribution to grow sales
    • Client account co-ordination and ensuring that BHN continues to add value
    • Responsible for revenue growth and meeting profit goals for clients in portfolio
    • Responsible for ensuring both BHNr and Clients meet performance targets
    • Ensure that that all projects meet budget, quality and schedule goals
    • Analysis of trends and performance, providing guidance based on data driven conclusions
    • Guide, advise and report on marketing and promotion activities across the BH Network of partners
    • Co-ordination of internal BHN teams to manage needed resources in support of goals


    Key Skills/Knowledge:

    • Effective communicator; able to use good judgment in communications with clients and across multiple departments: Engineering, Finance, Customer Service, Marketing, Business Development, Sales
    • Comfortable with executive level presentations and negotiations
    • Able to manage multiple tasks, projects, and clients in parallel
    • Sales acumen with the ability to influence clients to invest in promotions, marketing and new products/services
    • Ability to grasp complexity of BHN platforms: the consumer-facing, client-facing, and CashStar-facing portals and how they interface with external, client, and third-party systems
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Powerpoint, Excel, CRM, Office 365, etc.

    Typical Experience and Qualifications:

    • Professional services management experience with demonstrated success
    • 5+ years of sales experience in the B2B environment
    • Analysis and presentation of sales and performance data
    • Experience with consumer-facing, web-based products and services
    • Digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience
