    Responsibilities:

    • Maintenance of LifeExperiences.ca website:                                                               20%
    • Update existing listings as required incl. price/copy/image changes
    • Update Home Page banners based on season and gift-giving occasions
    • Proactively ensure listings are best possible
    • Proactively ensure LE certificates are best possible
    • Support migration of LE to Word Press site and BHN portals
    • New content lead generation

     

    • Content development / management of LE subscriber communications:                  20%
    • Plan and propose email deployments for the year
    • Develop and propose content well ahead of deployments
    • Upon approval -
      • Create promo codes
      • Source relevant images
      • Work with outside design resource to get creative assets
      • Deploy in relevant system (e.g. Constant Contact)
    • Manage subscriber lists ensuring CASL compliance

     

    • Content development and management of LE social media:                                      15%
    • Develop and propose content well ahead of posting
    • Post on a regular schedule appropriate to the medium
      • Specifically Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest Boards

     

    • Fulfillment of corporate orders                                                                                      10%

     

    • Marketing support for other products as assigned                                                       20%

     

    • Customer Service support (escalations)                                                                      5%
    • Effectively resolve all escalations in a timely manner

     

    • Other duties that may be required from time to time                                                 10%

    Qualifications:

    THIS IS AN ENTRY LEVEL POSITION:

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
    • 1-3 years of experience in a business environment
    • High proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
    • Ability to perform job functions with little direct supervision
    • Excellent organizational skills and detail oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Ability to juggle multiple priorities simultaneously
    • Ability to solve problems in an evolving business environment
