    Reporting to the Sr Director, Agile and Quality tools, this position is a key engineering role in which you will be responsible for agile and quality tools team executing a 12-24 month agile transformation of the Product and Technology Organization. you will work  closely with our Global Product and Technology counterparts to perform the transformation at an Enterprise level. In addition, you will develop, create, and modify general computer applications software and specialized utility programs.  You will also analyze user needs and develop software solutions. You will also be responsible for the design  and customization of software  for client use with the aim of optimizing operational efficiency. In addition, you will  modify existing software to correct errors and improve its performance. You will be responsible for design and buildout of tools that help our organization manage portfolio and product through planning, development and delivery phases. Additionally, Team Skills management and resource capacity planning capabilities are desired for tracking current team availability and capacity as well as proactively identify resource shortages and scheduling bottlenecks.  You will also play a critical role in building interfaces to other tools such Successfactors and ServiceNow. Previous experience in implementing enterprise tools to enable agile planning and portfolio management, team management and scenario planning highly desirable

     

    One of your  primary responsibility of this position is to consolidate multiple tools into one, that can provide portfolio planning and resource / team management capabilities. You must also be familiar with API and batch file Integration with tools such as Jira, Oracle and Successfactors (SAP).    Ideal candidate will have experience using industry standard Agile tools such as Rally, Agile Craft and Jira is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Deliver tooling solutions to enable iterative, agile planning
    • Create solutions to quickly ascertain who we have, what they are working on, how it’s going and what we need to change for new priorities
    • Build and automate tools to manage capacity planning
    • Interface with finance and HR to integrate product development tools with theirs, as appropriate
    • Support metrics, analytics and data-based decision making with reports and tools that enable us to run our organization

    Qualifications:

    • Experience building business operations tools, especially leveraging CA Agile Central
    • Experience building functionality to enable team execution, agile planning and portfolio management and team management
    • Experience in working and integrating with ServiceNow, Successfactors, SAP and other agile portfolio/planning tools
    • Proven ability to scale an organization, with experience at mid-sized companies
    • B.S. in Computer Science or related field require
    • Minimum 10 years’ experience designing and building complex enterprise tools and integrations in a fast-paced environment
