We are looking for a Dev Ops Engineer for our new India site! In this role, you will have the opportunity to  design and maintain reliable, high-availability production systems and services. In addition, you will monitor automation; to make sure that the correct monitors are deployed at the application level so that any failures can be quickly detected and repaired. You will also evangelize scalable operational practices and play an active role automating and enforcing the same.

What you'll do: 

  • Support Software Development by maintaining and improving our Jenkins environment and associated plugins
  • Improve and evolve our existing build and releaseprocess 
  • Maintain and improve our automation test framework and approaches
  • Use the right tools for the job, we love modern technology and use things like Bash, PHP, Sphinx, and more
  • Responsible for deploying, automating, maintaining, troubleshooting, monitoring and improving the systems that keep the backend infrastructure running smoothly
  • Contribute in developing best practices for infrastructure as code (eg : Salt Stack, Automation with Python, shell etc), software build tools (Maven, ANT, Shell) and continuous integration tools (Jenkins, Hudson), and infrastructure automation (VM Ware, Salt Stack, Chef, etc)
  • Collaborate with all teams and uses broad range of AWS technologies, operating systems (Linux) to implement cloud application with security principles







  • Experience in AWS services with CloudFormation and Cloud network management.
  • Strong scripting experience in one of the following; Python (preferred), PowerShell, Ruby, Bash
  • Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment with Dev Tools like Jenkins, Artifactory, Git, building pipelines and libraries supporting CI/CD.
  • Work closely with the development teams to provide high quality, highly available, and dynamic solutions.
  • Be an excellent and creative problem solver. You don’t need to know everything, but you need to know how to find the solution.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices is a plus



  • 5+ years of enterprise systems implementation and administration experience in Linux servers
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science /Electronics or MCA.
  • Specific experience in cloud platform deployment and architecture preferred, AWS experience a MUST HAVE.
  • 3+ years managing Amazon Web Services (CloudFormation, EC2, S3, ELB, ASG, etc.) is required, as well as a solid understanding of the different services AWS provides
  • Solid knowledge in the following areas: Salt Stack, Amazon Web Services, Git and Rally. Expert hands on at least 1 scripting language such as Perl, Python and at least 1 high level programming language such as Java
  • Experience working on large scale, multiple team projects
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and Test-Driven Development
  • Experience working with continuous integration and continuous deployment (for example tools like Jenkins)
  • Scripted environments experience 
  • Experience working with container systems (Docker) and container orchestration (e.g. EC2 Container Service, Kubernetes, Swarm). 
  • Experience with code repositories (Git), continuous integration tools (e.g. Jenkins, Maven or Gradle) 
  • Strong professional experience automating AWS configuration, build and deployments using Saltstack, CloudFormation or other equivalents 
  • Strong communicative and organizational skills
